My career has always been about making a difference. I've sought this by working inside and outside of government. This has challenged me to understand complex topics and learn to communicate in a way that makes sense to legislators and the public. I’ve been very fortunate to have made accomplishments for civil rights in Ohio and nationally. I am grateful that my work has been featured through a variety of organizational platforms.

I look at the world through a communications lens. I do my best to find the right medium through which others can understand what they need to make a decision.
