• Overhauled the communications, branding, and external outreach for Disability Rights Ohio.

• Led workgroup charged with writing and submitting the Department of Mental Health's comprehensive budget request letter.

• Effectively connected legislative offices with information to provide solutions for their constituents. 

• Analyzed complex systems, such as Medicaid and State Psychiatric Hospital financing and explained these issues to decision-makers.
